About us
I'm John McKenzie and I own x42, I am a seasoned leader and professional coach. Over the last 18 years I’ve led and coached exceptional people to achieve their goals while learning to operate at their natural best. Getting you there is what inspires me.
I work with leaders at all levels as well as high potentials to bring out their best, developing their overall capacity and supporting them to overcome the challenges that inevitably present themselves to leaders throughout their careers
My focus is on delivering top tier outcomes through a commitment to quality program design, robust support systems and setting up the long term success of participants. I make use of internally developed assessments, well known external assessments and tools designed to develop a deep understanding of the skills, preferences and behaviours of the leader I'm working with. I pair this information with a scaffolded development process to build on strengths and improve areas in need. I also provide business hours support throughout the process to ensure that the leader has all of the resources and back up to execute effectively.
